Who we are
Mai Sabai is a travel health guide run from Phuket, Thailand. Email [email protected] with any question; we aim to reply within 2 working days.
What you buy
The free version shows, for every symptom, the first medicine to ask for, self-care steps, warning signs, the Thai card for the pharmacist and Thailand's emergency numbers. The full guide costs ฿79, paid once. It unlocks every medicine option and pack photo on the phone or browser you paid on. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Refunds
If the unlock doesn't work, you were charged twice, or you changed your mind, email [email protected] within 14 days of paying with the date and amount (or your Stripe receipt). We refund in full to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 days to show it.
Medical disclaimer
Mai Sabai gives general information about minor illness in healthy adults. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace a doctor or pharmacist. Read the pack label, tell the pharmacist about allergies, pregnancy and other medicines, and follow their advice. If you are not better in 2–3 days, or you have any warning sign listed in the guide, see a doctor. In an emergency call 1669.
Brands and independence
Brand names on pack photos are hidden. Mai Sabai is not sponsored by or affiliated with any drug company or pharmacy and is not paid to list any medicine. Packs in your pharmacy may look different.
Privacy
You don't need an account and we don't ask for your name. When you pay, Stripe processes your payment and shares with us the payment status, amount and the email address you gave Stripe, which we use only for receipts and refunds. Your language, symptom choice, the details you add to the Thai card (such as allergies) and your unlock status are stored only in your own browser. We count visits with cookie-free analytics. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email [email protected].
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
